Inspired by the soul-warming essence of comfort food, the culinary team under the leadership of Executive Chef Fuji has crafted a menu that embraces low and slow cooking style to bring in a sense of warmth this winter. “We wanted to create something that speaks to the senses, which is why we thoughtfully designed menus that bring comfort and flavour this cozy season,” says Chef Fuji.
Complementing the menu is a curated range of new cocktails that feature smokey infusions, each designed to pair effortlessly with the menu or stand alone as a signature sip in the warmth of Hibiscus Bar & Terrace. “Our latest seasonal menu infuses the bold, warming essence of smoke with the refined elegance of classic mixology,” says bar manager Chloe Smith.
